Wait for 4 to 5 Minutes after plug the power cord 4. Place the heating belt on the area to be treated 5. Turn the heating belt off and unplug the power cord after use
NOTE – For Testing the Heat, please apply the heating pad on the particular part of the body, do not test the heat by putting on the surface or holding it in your hands.
